Often times, traumatic or upsetting experiences get caught in the brain and locked into neural pathways which are difficult to heal. Through EMDR, art and music, we can begin to disentangle these memories and integrate them into your healthier sense of self. Through our work together, you will learn (or relearn) ways to cope, calm, heal and nurture yourself. These skills can then be used on your own to supplement our time together during appointments.

Appointments are in person or via secure video on Breakthrough.com. I do not accept insurance (but will provide you with paperwork you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you request it). Rather, I work with you to try figure out a way that you can pay for services by offering cash discounts and sliding scale fees.
