First Year: Focusing for Therapy and Healing In the first year (5-weekends) training program, you will learn and practice Focusing and how to bring Focusing deeply into your life and clinical practice. You will gain access to the rich inner wisdom that unfolds as you find Presence in your own life, and then how to facilitate a Focusing-Oriented approach to healing with others. Those wanting to continue will need to commit to the next four workshops of the five workshop series. Prerequisite: A guided session with any Focusing teacher. I offer a reduced session fee of $75 for those registered for the workshop. A guided session helps prepare you for the workshops by giving you a solid experience of finding and interacting with a felt sense during your session. Workshop dates: 2016-2017 FOT 1: October 29th and 30th, or November 12th and 13th FOT 2: January 14th and 15th FOT 3: March 18th and 19th FOT 4: May 6th and 7th FOT 5: July 8th and 9th
