Therapy Group
Group Description:
Women in this group are midlife or older. Group members have good self-awareness & insight, and are supportive of each other. Participating offers an opportunity to experience the wisdom, caring & camaraderie of other women. As members gradually take risks and grow, group connections deepen, and all members benefit. Group often become a touchstone and valued part of the week. These groups are designed for personal growth, support & connection. This group has two sections: 1. Wed evenings 5:15pm-6:30pm (There are 2 openings in this group.) 2. Tues evenings (every other) 5:15pm-6:30 Thirty-somethings Group: (One opening currently.) Group meets once monthly— usually 4th Friday from 3-4:45pm.

Facilitator Qualifications:
For over 25 years, I've had the privilege of facilitating women's groups. In group, I foster & maintain a safe workspace, and encourage working community within the group. In addition to leading groups, I also provide supervision/consultation to other clinicians who are interested in developing their own group skills. I love my work, and consider it a privilege to be part of the growth & change process.
Fees
- Screening fee is charged to participants: $120 for one individual session
- Participation fee charged per meeting: $45 per group session
