It is my hope that clients can be empowered to make decisions regarding where they are in the process and have a say in what works best for them to improve their mental health. Over the years, we miss the diagnostician who is well versed in many avenues to healing and believe that it is this knowledge that provides the client the wisdom to make headway establishing his own path to self actualization. A few modes of counseling that have surfaced over the years has been motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, EFT, EMDR, hypnotherapy, DBT and mindfulness. In summary these are some major trainings that Ms. Harms finds extremely beneficial tools to empowering clients coupled with knowledge regarding family systems, development and attachment issues.
