I have experience working with all ages to help with symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and attachment issues. My focus is to work with you collaboratively, to find the best possible approach to combating your symptoms and giving you a fulfilling and balanced lifestyle. I have been trained in both mental health counseling and art therapy, and I use art in sessions with my clients regularly. Using art in therapy is a great support for individuals who struggle to find the words to express their feelings and experiences.

I have been trained in art therapy and I have worked with adults, teens, and children, as well as groups, using art therapy techniques incorporated into talk therapy sessions. I have also taken Sensorimotor Psychotherapy courses, and I am Level I certified.

I am currently practicing in an online format throughout all of Washington State. I work with HIPAA compliant software that is easy for you to access and use, with no downloading or extra cost needed. You can attend your counseling session from your home or office. I also keep my prices lower than many in the area so that more people are able to have access to counseling. I have evening hours and Saturday hours available for appointments.
