I work with a variety of individuals dealing with wide number of issues such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, past trauma, issues from adoption, feelings of "stuckness", relationship difficulties, social anxiety, issues around sex and sexuality and others. I also have a special interest in working with those trying to deal with and understand the impact a mentally ill, addicted, rageful or narcissistic parent has had on their lives. The circumstances here are unique in that surviving such experiences means some processing of the past, but most importantly owning and working towards a solid, confident and hopeful sense of self.
