I love my work, and the diversity of people who work with me. Consider myself a feminist, and my work is informed by attachment theory, systems, neurobiology and a strong somatic and holistic perspective. Clients are individual adults and couples, LGBTQ, and heterosexual. of all shapes, sizes and persuasions. Issues I have plenty of experience with include Trauma recovery, relationships, healthy communication with self and others, Depression, Anxiety, grief, parenting and aging parents. I am committed to sliding scale and take Medicaid as well as other insurances and private pay.

I addition to helping with paper work, forms and state requirements, and the business of creating a thriving business, I listen well and am responsive to supervisees' needs. It is important that this be a safe space for people to look at professional issues as well as personal things that impact the work. It is not therapy, and still a place to be vulnerable with the ways we are still learning.
