Kennelly Counseling

Jen Kennelly

Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA)

Struggling to feel comfortable in your body and at peace with food? I can help. I work with individuals dealing with a variety of concerns but specialize in working primarily with women and teenage girls struggling with a variety of life issues including body image, disordered eating behaviors, eating disorders, and substance abuse as well as concerns around anxiety and depression, relationship issues, and major life transitions.

I believe that as women, we deal with many shame inducing expectations about who we are vs. who we should be in the world and for many of use this leads to issues surrounding food and body as well as a variety of other mental health concerns. My goal as a therapist is to help you feel happy and healthy in your own skin and step into relating to yourself and others in a new way listening to your goals and serving as a guide on your journey.

Call or email Jen Kennelly for your free phone consultation now - (360) 865-4671.
