CPC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, Family Therapy who will lead our behavioral health team to deliver high quality, evidence informed, and community-based behavioral healthcare services to youth and their families. This position provides full time supervision to CPC's Family Integrated Transitions (FIT) team. This team provides home-based, time limited and intensive services to families whose youth are returning home from juvenile justice facilities. The program utilizes evidence-based practices including Multisystemic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy interventions to assist families in helping their adolescent return to the community, increase productive activities, and decrease recidivism. Job Skills: Knowledge of youth development, mental health, behavioral problems, and chemical dependency issues; family systems, youth and family resources, and youth serving systems Proven assessment skills to determine client functioning and to respond appropriately in crisis situations Proven interpersonal and communication skills Job Requirements: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, and; Knowledge of, or be willing to be trained in Multisystemic Therapy (MST). Minimum of two years of supervisory experience or be a Child Mental Health Specialist** Experience with high-risk youth is preferred. Ability to be available for on call supervision. **Child Mental Health Professional which includes, 1)100 clock hours of training specific to child/youth development and mental health, and; 2) two years of experience working with the mentally ill, with one of the years being experience working with emotionally disturbed children and adolescents and their families under the supervision of a Child Mental Health Specialist. Any job offer will be contingent upon the results of an updated background investigation.
