There are several counseling theories of practice I use depending on the issues a person is having difficulty with. I work with for adults who are struggling in their day to day life issues that may have become unmanageable without support. People struggling in their relationship often find counseling helpful. Depression, stress and anxiety is often relieved by having a professional help with these difficult issues. I support people as they work through grief and loss due to a death or a loss of a relationship. I also help empty-nesters figure out what's next for them. People who plan for what they want and dreamt of can become a reality as they approach retirement which helps the transition into retirement more rewarding. (I do not provide financial planning).
