It is a space for making better sense of how it is we relate to ourselves and others. As therapist, I attempt to bring a sensitive mind to the important work of listening to your life and inner world, for the truths that want to be heard and understood. Together, over time, we forge new space for thinking, breathing, and growing.

I offer counseling and psychotherapy to individuals age 16 and older. Some broad categories of concern I have worked with are: anxiety, depression, ADHD in women, processing family of origin experience, trauma and abuse (emotional, physical, sexual, spiritual), posttraumatic stress, issues of late adolescence and emerging adulthood (e.g. identity, vocation, dating), faith/spirituality/doubt, and cross-cultural living with its unique stressors.
