I have years of clinical and supervisory experience both in agencies and in private practice. I've worked with children, teens, families and adults both on outpatient, residential and intensive outpatient settings. My treatment specialties include providing structured DBT/ CBT treatments for complex clients who are struggling with things like suicidality, self harm, severe anxiety, PTSD, and eating disorders. I am very passionate about providing ethical, evidence based treatments.

Supervision is about the therapist's goals and the clients' goals. I help with reviewing valuable treatment principles that can inform your treatment to ensure it is successful and to identify ways to continually assess progress and next steps. I can also help with figuring out some of the complex nuts and bolts of balancing personal life and practice, or agency work with private practice work.
