I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduated from the University of Washington with my Masters Degree in 2008. I have a background in childhood trauma, foster care and adoption issues as well as providing individual and family therapy. I have post graduate certifications in Complex Trauma and Trauma Focused CBT. We provide group support as well as individual services to support healthy relationships and personal growth across the lifespan. Because of my education and professional background and certifications, I am qualified to provide clinical supervision to those that desire to work in the school counseling, mental health/addictions, and counseling fields. One of my core professional values is to support the up and coming future colleagues in their desire to acquire supervision. I have a vast amount of experience and knowledge that I enjoy sharing and I am equally excited by the knowledge and experiences that I gain from them as well . I believe in being a champion for others and work hard to support those I encounter. I am trained and comfortable using several modalities such as CBT, Brief Solution Focused therapy and also Gestalt therapy to name a few. I am in the process of becoming a certified EMDR therapist.
