Seeking full time MHP/CDP for clinic in Skagit County. Work with Drug Court and Family Treatment Court. The MHP/CDP will provide assessments, individual and group facilitation, and referrals for psychiatric and substance use disorder services. He/she will provide case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved with treatment. Work with individuals and groups to promote optimum mental health. Help individuals deal with addictions and substance abuse; family, parenting, and marital problems; suicide; stress management; problems with self-esteem; and issues associated with aging and mental and emotional health. Additional requirements: > Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment. HIPAA/42 CFR confidentiality. > Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports. Send status reports. > Use electronic medical records. > Act as client advocates in order to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations. > Develop and implement individual treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge. > Collaborate with other staff members to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans. > Work with mental health clinical director to facilitate dual disorder integration grant.
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology or social work, which includes course work in psychological diagnostics, is required. Applicants must qualify as an MHP/CDP in accordance with state WACs. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
