Position/Job Description:

CPC is looking for a Wraparound Facilitator Supervisor who will work alongside our multidisciplinary team which delivers high quality, evidence informed, and community-based behavioral healthcare services to our clients. Provide coaching, supervision, training, and mentoring of Wraparound Delivery Team (WDT) facilitators to ensure high fidelity Wraparound services are delivered. Ensure WDT facilitators provide facilitation and support services that are directed by family voice and choice, individualized, inclusive of building and utilizing natural supports, collaborative, strength-based, community based, team supported, utilizing the least restrictive setting, culturally appropriate, outcome based, and delivered with unconditional support. The Wraparound Facilitator Lead will utilize effective interpersonal skills to engage families and informal and formal supports throughout the wraparound process. May include a small caseload of youth/families along with the duties of a facilitator. Work is performed under the direction of the Wraparound Coach.


Qualification Requirements:

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in behavioral or social sciences, counseling, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Supervisory experience. Two years’ experience working with children or adolescents who have serious emotional or behavioral issues and experience intervening on a family level within a publicly funded service system. Be knowledgeable of local human service resources and service providers for children, youth and families and have familiarity working with child serving systems. Washington state DOH agency affiliated counselor registration, certification, or license. Valid WA State Driver’s License & reliable vehicle for business purposes. Maintain current first aid and CPR cards. Any job offer will be contingent upon the results of an updated background investigation.
