Therapeutic approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Pastoral Counseling, Rational Emotive Therapy, and Reality Therapy. Clients: Individuals (adults and adolescents, some children),Couples.

I work with couples who want a more satisfying life together. I help provide tools that can be used as solid foundation for individuals willing to commit time and energy between sessions. We will explore which personal behaviors contribute to deterioration of a relationship and behaviors which enhance the relationship. I have worked with training programs for Marriage Encounter for 7 years and participated in training for the Denver-based PREP (Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program). I provide opportunity for couples considering marriage to participate in FOCCUS, an Omaha, NE program that facilitates open couple communication, understanding and study.

My experience in both clinical and pastoral counseling adds deeper dimensions to my work experience. I have worked in private practice since 2004 and have been a member of non-profit teams for 25 years. Clients find my office setting provides ample parking as well as close availability to local buses.
