My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic and relational, which means I'm interested in helping you safely explore the ways in which your personal history, from early childhood onward, may still be influencing your emotions, coping patterns and relationships. I'll help you tend to your feelings and memories so that you'll come to know yourself better and develop the capacity for compassionate self-care. Throughout our time together, I'll pay special attention to our therapeutic connection as I believe our relationship can serve as a rich resource for your authentic recovery and well-being.

I work with people who want to strengthen their self-esteem and self-worth; overcome feelings of anxiety, depression and loneliness; recover from past traumas or abuse; and, improve the quality of their relationships. Depending on your needs and level of motivation, our work may be focused on a specific problem or it may be more expansive, touching on a variety of your personal concerns. My ultimate interest is in your emotional healing and growth, and I'm always honored to be a part of this process.

I charge between $65-$95/hour, based on a sliding scale. I collect fees on a pay-as-you-go basis.
