I am an individual and family therapist in Federal Way, WA, who works with children, adolescents, couples, and families. My counseling approach integrates systemic, strategic, and Gestalt therapy to increase awareness and empower clients. I have specialized training in trauma response, and I use an experiential approach to help clients become aware of the spiritual dynamics, family of origin patterns, repetitive attachment fears, and thoughts and ideas that have become ingrained in their approach to the world.

I use an experiential approach to supervision, helping you understand yourself and your clients better through authentic feedback in a safe and supportive environment. I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and have supervised therapists from a wide variety of approaches from solution-focused to Bowenian to cognitive behavioral. Whatever your model, I can help you explore and expand your skills as we ethically and effectively help your clients. I believe that like therapy, supervision is a dynamic and collaborative relationship that works best with a mutual commitment to trust and learn from each other.
