I am in private practice in the U District, with four areas of specialty: romantic couples looking to improve their relationship, families with teens/young adults with emotional regulation challenges, individuals seeking recovery from eating disorders and individuals looking for creating a life of freedom in spite of anxiety disorders. I pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches and often consider the relational dynamics in someone's past and present, as well as the therapeutic relationship that gets created between me and my clients.

My goal is to equip incoming therapists to be their best selves so they can offer the best care. Therapy is not a cookie cutter approach, each clinician brings their own unique style, assets and challenges to the role. As a supervisor, I want to equip therapists with a dream to serve people well by being authentic, knowledgeable and approachable. I have worked with developing people throughout my different careers, bringing over 25 years of experience to supporting people in becoming their truest, best self and I find doing this with new therapists to be the most rewarding of all!
