CPC is looking for two full-time SSH Housing Case Manager who will work within our multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, evidence informed, and community-based behavioral healthcare services to our clients. One Standard Supportive Housing Case Manager will work Sunday through Thursday, and one will work Tuesday – Saturday providing mental health case management and treatment, as part of the Standard Supportive Housing (SSH) treatment team. SSH Case management services are varied and individualized. They may include individual services, group services, assistance in housing and in accessing other services, assistance in budgeting, coordination with providers within and outside of CPC regarding clients’ health needs, outreach, engagement, and general support of clients’ goals towards symptom stabilization and recovery. SSH case managers provide daily supervision of the general housing milieu and day to day operations of the program. SSH case managers occasionally provide crisis intervention and de-escalation, in accordance with agency protocols and best practices guidelines. Qualification Requirements:

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Direct relevant clinical experience preferred. Have or obtain Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor registration, certification, or license. Must have reliable transportation and Washington driver’s license.
