I believe that we can heal from almost anything. I come from a positive, empowering perspective. As an Approved Consultant in EMDR, I have worked with a lot of severe trauma and have seen miraculous transformations. I'm trained in many modalities and use an eclectic approach to each unique person that shows up in front of me. Life is too short to be in therapy forever so I support clients in working at whatever speed is comfortable. I have been trained in crisis management. I'm licensed in Washington and Illinois.

My approach is to listen, support, educate and empower those going for licensure. Just because someone is new to the profession doesn't mean they aren't gifted in the art of helping others. I don't assume anything and meet the therapist where they are at. I will challenge you and ask you to trust your intuition. I have been supporting therapists in training for years and can provide references.
