These issues may include the complexities surrounding romantic partnerships, child behavioral problems, grief and loss, or trauma. I have extensive experience working with families in crisis. My primary approach is cognitive-behavioral, which involves modifying dysfunctional emotions, behaviors and thoughts. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy, I partner with clients to challenge distorted cognition's, find way to change destructive patterns of behavior and focus on solutions.b
