I have a large office space with four (4) offices and I am only occupying a couple of offices. The office consists of Mental Health Counselors. 

The office space comes fully furnished and with partial water views, a waiting area. It is a brand-new buildout! There is a kitchenette in the space with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee, water. All the utilities included janitorial, free internet, restrooms and showers on site. 24/7 security in the building and the space is open seven (7) days a week and can be accessed with a keycard at all hours. There is also bike rack storage in the garage and an outdoor deck for shared use. 

Rent is between $100 to 175/per day of that day of the week, per month.
Example: All four (4) Mondays is $175 for the month.

I am willing to be more flexible with the rent if one full office is rented full time. Weekends are at a more discounted rate.

I'm looking for at least a 6-12 month commitment as this office has a long-term lease on it. There is parking offered by the building for a monthly, hourly, or weekly rate. There is also 1-hour free parking for patients across the street and 4 hours paid to park on street in front of the building for patients.

Evenings and weekends are available, please ask for these special rates.
