CPC is looking for a Wraparound Facilitator who will work alongside our multidisciplinary team which delivers high quality, evidence informed, and community-based behavioral healthcare services to our clients.

The Wraparound Facilitator will utilize effective interpersonal skills to engage families and informal and formal supports throughout the wraparound process.  The facilitator uses strong leadership skills to develop, organize, and facilitate wraparound family team meetings.  The facilitator promotes collaboration among the youth, family, team members and the community at large to support the youth and family’s voice and choice throughout the process.  The facilitator works with the identified youth and their caregivers, extended family, Parent Partners, natural supports, service providers, child serving systems partners, and other involved entities to help achieve family and team identified goals.  The facilitator promotes and adheres to high fidelity wraparound principles to ensure positive outcomes.  Position requires flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends to accommodate family’s needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral or social sciences, counseling, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Two years’ experience working with children or adolescents who have serious emotional or behavioral issues and experience intervening on a family level within a publicly funded service system.
  • Be knowledgeable of local human service resources and service providers for children, youth and families and have familiarity working with child serving systems.
  • Personal vehicle is required.
  • Washington state DOH agency affiliated counselor registration, certification, or license.
  • Valid WA State Driver’s License & reliable vehicle for business purposes.
  • Maintain current first aid and CPR cards.
