I use a holistic approach to healing that includes mind, body and spirit. I have a particular focus on chronic health issues, women's issues such as infertility and reproductive health, sexual abuse and PTSD. Every pain, trauma, and obstacle we experience in life has information to share with us. The most difficult times we face can be truly transformative if we know how to listen to them. Sometimes we can get lost down these turbulent roads and my job is to help you navigate the path that you are already on.

Trauma comes in many forms and most of us have some significant, unresolved trauma because we live in a trauma inducing world. Trauma can show up as anxiety, depression, addictions, physical pain and illness, and relationship issues. My primary approach to treating trauma is EMDR and mindfulness based techniques.

Through this approach, we will confront your traumatic memories and heal them so that you are no longer controlled by the intense emotions linked to that memory. Once your trauma and fear no longer control your life, you will be free to move forward unencumbered by the weight your past.
