Creating Solutions

Sandra Roscoe, Ph.D.

Ph.D., LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

With over 20 years experience as a marriage and family therapist working with individuals, couples, and families, I invite you to work together with me to create solutions for whatever challenges you may be facing. While we can't change difficult situations in the past, we can better understand how to relate to them in the present. By applying complementary therapeutic approaches & techniques, we can untangle habitual patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting which will, in turn influence thoughts, behaviors, and relationships now, and in the future. I utilize brief, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, family systems therapies. I provide relationship counseling, conflict resolution counseling, grief and loss counseling, anxiety counseling, depression counseling, stress management counseling, aging, pain management, life transitions counseling, family-of-origin issues, eating disorder counseling, parenting support, work & career issues, and job displacements. My therapeutic approach offers support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach to address individual needs. With compassion and understanding, I work with you to help build on strengths and attain the goals you are committed to accomplishing. As a meditator for over 25 years, I have utilized & taught meditation & mindfulness in different contexts.
