Great counselor’s office space available for full time lease at a monthly rate of $370 plus 1/4 of utilities (always under $100.  We share the cost of internet, PSE & PUD).

The office is approximately 12x15, unfurnished, with large windows, allowing for a generous amount of natural light. Shared reception area. 

We are a private practice of 4 therapists, each practitioner manages their own independent business, including their own merchant services, billing and appointments. 

We share a break room (full size fridge, microwave, mail boxes, card reader, etc). You are welcome to use the fax machine. We all pitch in paper and ink as needed. 

Therapist needs to be a licensed practitioner and carry personal liability insurance as all therapists in the office are sole proprietors.
