I combine psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, and lifestyle coaching to provide an approach that helps you connect with the multiple factors that form your specific issue. My specialties include: Personality Disorders, Trauma, PTSD, and Grief. I have 2 years experience in In-Patient Psychiatric Care, both as a Therapist and Student Physician. This means I have experience with and am comfortable working with a large range of ability, from high functioning to severly disabled by a mental health condition. I very much enjoyed the work and successfully created psychoeducation groups that provided patients with tools for their healing journey. My training and education also includes experience in Biofeedback and Heart Variability, as well as Mindfulness, Meditation, Hypnotherapy, and Behavioral Medicine.

My Mental Healthcare services are all currently provided online through Telehealth, an online video chat platform. I find that this approach provides patients with a sense of safety as they get to choose the environment and provides a unique space for those who may otherwise not have sought services.
