Hello, I have a large office space with four (4) offices and I am only occupying a couple of offices. The office consists of Mental Health Counselors. The office space comes fully furnished and with partial water views, a waiting area. It is a brand new buildout! There is a kitchenette in the space with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee, water. All the utilities, janitorial, and internet costs are included in the rent. I currently have one Full time office available as well as another office with Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekend availablity. 

Rent for the full time office is $715 a month!  For the office with specific days it is $150/per day per month Example: All four (4) Mondays is $150 for the month. Example: Monday's & Tuesday's (8) days total would be $300 for the month. The office is open seven (7) days a week and can be accessed with a keycard at all hours.
