I am a mental health counselor in North Everett and am looking to sublease my office a few days/week. The office building is in a residential neighborhood (Lowell) and is shared with other mental health counselors, massage therapists, and nutritionists. Quiet and respectful environment. My office includes a couch, chair, coffee table, side table, bookshelf (with games and books for kids which you are welcome to use), lamp, and separate card table/chairs (especially good if you work with kids and want to do projects). Waiting room includes a tea/coffee/candy station. There is also a kitchen with microwave and fridge for staff. Includes WiFi and shared restroom.  I am looking to sublease for $125/day or $75/half-day (8-1).

The office is available on Saturdays and Sundays as well as one full weekday (somewhat negotiable on what day but would prefer Tuesdays). I would also be willing to split a day or two, if you wanted to work mornings - I work primarily afternoon/evening hours.  If you are just starting out and wanted to sublease by the hour, I would be happy to see what might work. Please feel free to contact me if you're interested and we can discuss options!
