Room available in established healthcare clinic in Capitol Hill’s Mercer Professional Building, furnished as pictured. Renter would need to supply any other necessary equipment for practice. The rental includes access to a waiting room as well.
The Mercer Professional building is ADA accessible and an LGBTQ and trans-friendly space. Free neighborhood street parking is available. Free wifi included.
The space would be ideal for a psychotherapist, nutritionist, massage therapist, acupuncturist or similar. We welcome any interested health care providers.

Availability:
Space available Monday- Friday 8am-6pm for either full day or half day rental.
- Full day rental is $350/day/month. Rent decreases to $250/day if rented for >2 full days/month - Half day rental is $200/day/month. Rent decreases to $150/day if rented more than 4 half
days/month. Half day access would be either 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm.
