Currently, I work in a private practice that uses DBT and other research proven practices to help my clients build a life worth living. I am passionate about DBT and behavioral therapy and whole-heartedly believe that these practices work. I have recently completed a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision; I love teaching and mentoring counselors in behavioral approaches. 

Supervision should be a collaborative learning experience. My approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral theory to supervision and each session is structured and tailored to my supervisee's needs. I bring my dry humor and passion for this field of work to every supervisory session.
