I'm looking to sublet my office space in the Bellefield Office Park in the Cedar building. These offices are operated by Regus, and include a lot of nice amenities such as free coffee/lattes/espressos, nightly janitor, printing and shredding, kitchen, waiting areas, and a receptionist. Regus has done a great job of staying sanitized and clean during the pandemic.

The office is in the beautiful Bellefield office park which is surrounded by trails, a creek, and gorgeous landscaping. Parking is ample, so you and your clients will have no issues there. Across the street from the Cedar building is a restaurant/cafe and a gym (gym currently closed due to Covid).

My office would include use of:
All furniture :)
27" Apple iMac for those virtual sessions
for EMDR - New Neurotek Lightbar w/pulsers and headset
Printer and Shredder (I have these inside my office, and Regus has bigger ones as well near reception)
Filing cabinet with lock

I keep my office very clean and sanitized, and am looking for an officemate who will do the same - especially during these times! Monthly rate per day of the week is $300.
