Office Description:
WEST SEATTLE prime location on California Ave with street parking. Sublet my furnished office (measures @10' x 14') on remaining available days: Mon, Tues, and/or Fri. Suite includes small waiting room with shared fridge and also bathroom for clients/leasors. Both sides of couch recline, as I've used it for EMDR/Brainspotting clients. Office contains coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave, available for your use. Toy cabinet must remain. Subleasor must have Additional Insured certificate for my landlord (to cover if their clients file slip and fall accident lawsuits).
Availability:
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday are remaining available days. $120/day or $330 for 3 days.
