Clients who see me face a variety of relationship and/or mental health challenges such as conflict in relationships, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, OCD, mood disorders, trauma, divorce, grief/loss, as well as other challenges. My therapy approach is to first listen deeply to the experience of the problem(s) a client is having, then draw on appropriate approaches to meet the challenge(s) at hand.
