I am looking to sub-lease my kid-friendly, Private Practice Therapy office, starting October 2021 (or sooner).
It has a small private waiting area (coffee/tea/snacks, a few chairs, as well as a mini fridge/microwave for clinicians).
In the main office, there is a couch and chair for "therapy," a whiteboard on the wall, a table and chairs for games/other work, and plenty of private storage for clinicians to keep stuff in (so you don't have to drag it around!!!)
It is ideal for people who work with kids (tutors/teachers/counselors), but has the capacity to see families or adults.
The building is 24-hour access via a code on the door (this is how clients can get in as well). The office space is entered via key. There is a conference room to use if needed, internet, secured bike parking in the underground garage for $100 deposit for the key fob, and showers for tenants. There is also a lot in the back for visitors and street parking.
You can put your name on the door as well (to be super official).

I am renting it out (monthly) for $250 a weekday and $200 on weekends. And, $50 off for each additional day (up to 3 days). I am open to hourly/daily rentals as well, feel free to reach out if interested.
