I am driven to help my clients navigate lifes challenge, past and present, with the utmost in compassion. My commitment is to bring my best self, to build trust in me and my skills. With those in place, I know we can journey together and develop your mental health toolbox of emotional skills to ease and end the pain. My daily goal is to bring my skills and blend them with the uniqueness of you.

I practice integrative, evidence-based therapy. I am trained in different models of therapy practice including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Lifespan Integration (LI), and Seeking Safety (SS). My professional background includes working in various inpatient, outpatient, and supported living settings where I conduct assessments, create treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams, provide resources and support patients and their families through decision making, crisis, conflicts, grief and loss issues. My experience as a social worker has equipped me to work with individuals with a wide range of challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and codependency.

*Not currently accepting new patients at this time* I offer therapy service for individuals 18 years old and above. Although I am licensed as a SUDP, I do not treat active addiction (currently using) in my private practice. Should someone be in recovery, they are welcome to engage in counseling with me and addiction might be a secondary point of therapy and diagnosis. This includes clients on MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment). If on MAT, a ROI (release of information) for the prescriber is required. However, should relapse occur or if someone develops an addiction during the course of therapy, I will refer you to an outside provider.
