Lake Union waterfront office available now in Eastlake, part of a suite with 2 other therapists.  Most of the building's tenants are established therapists, and turnover is low.   The space is $895/month for full-time, includes access to waiting room and kitchenette.  It's a cool funky shape to maximize windows and natural light, but easy to arrange with about 140 sq/ft.  The space is private, comfortable, inviting, and enjoyable to occupy.  

This space makes good business sense, too.  Close to intersection of I-5 and 520.  Centrally located in densely populated area, near UW, South Lake Union, Capitol Hill, Downtown Seattle, Queen Anne, and too many other neighborhoods to list.
