Survivors can be stuck in states of anxiety, depression or shame, have unusual medical or sleep issues, and may not even remember the event(s).  Focus issues, low self-esteem/assertiveness and problems trusting are also common. We'll first establish a safe, open relationship and help you reconnect to the peace and strength in your body.  At your own pace, we'll address unresolved trauma and relational wounds using body-based talk therapy.

We’ll identify and practice activities that help you feel calm, confident and in control. We’ll become aware of the signs of unresolved trauma being communicated through your body and guide the body to resolution. I'll support and coach you as you break free from self-limitation.
