I help survivors of trauma and difficult childhoods reclaim the peaceful, joyous life they deserve. Survivors can be stuck in states of anxiety, depression or shame, have unusual medical or sleep issues, and may not even remember the event(s).  Focus issues, low self-esteem/assertiveness and problems trusting are also common. If this is you, please know we can work towards freeing you from the invisible grip of the past. We'll first establish a safe, open relationship and help you reconnect to the peace and strength in your body.  At your own pace, we'll address unresolved trauma and relational wounds using body-based talk therapy.

We’ll identify and practice activities that help you feel calm, confident and in control. We’ll become aware of the signs of unresolved trauma being communicated through your body and guide the body to resolution. I'll support and coach you as you break free from self-limitation. If you're interested, we can also explore legal, psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Nobody is broken– we are survivors and we intelligently adapted to make it through. We all deserve respect, understanding and love just as we are – especially when we struggle to give it to ourselves. If you are looking for a caring, skilled guide to help you reclaim your best self, please reach out. Telehealth and in-person sessions available.
