Supervision for LMHCAs, LSWAs, and LMFTAs

I offer Supervision to Licensed Mental Health Associates who are positive, driven and passionate about their craft. My ideal candidates will have completed a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Counseling. They may just have finished school or coming from an existing agency or community health clinic. Candidates should be ready to acquire solid therapeutic experience and skills and want to eventually go into Private Practice.

I am committed to providing you with the full hours required for licensure for LMHCs. I will give you feedback on a regular basis, monitor your skills, and challenge you to hone your therapeutic approach. Besides clinical supervision, I also teach you the business of the industry and support your professional development as a counselor. 

I helps practitioners focus on the part of therapy they love by tending to the business side of their practice. I refer you clients from all of the major WA State Insurance Companies, my team verifies your patient’s coverage, file all claims and even send out itemized billing statements. We collect and provide receipt of payments, accept phone and online payments, answer insurance questions and provide you with monthly reports. We offer networking and consulting opportunities, referrals and marketing support. Once you complete your Supervision, you will get to keep all your own clients and patients.

I split the total revenue with you 60% - 40%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Able to work between 20-30 hours per week

Able to attend 1 hour of Supervision weekly on Zoom

Living and working in WA State

Secured your own office space

Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from an accredited University
