There's not a more central or convenient location within the Seattle metro area; midpoint between northern and southern Seatle and less than a minute's drive from the Roanoak St. exit on I5 and WA520! Inside a very clean, well-kept building, the office itself is located steps from stairs & elevator, and adjacent to two bathrooms. It's a supportive building environment, as almost all building tenants are in mental health and alternative healthcare. 

In the office, seating consists of three attractive leather chairs, plus comfortable folding chair with armrests. Amenities include a brand new (3/22) air conditioner, quiet tower fan, white noise generator, mini-refrigerator and microwave oven and two chests of drawers. Mail service and magnetic card after hours entry are available to sublessees. There are currently two other subletting clinicians, both longer-term, who partner perfectly in maintaining the office. Office has overhead lighting, but it's not necessary if you use the combination of natural daytime light (western exposure) and three (warm temperature light) lamps.
