Special sublet in the Fremont Space Building on N 36th Street, on the third floor. 225 square
foot office. The office has a nice window that overlooks greenery.

Available full-time – all days – all hours – starting July 1, 2022 until December 1, 2022, with
possible partial sublet thereafter.

The office can be available on a prorated basis on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays between now
and July 1, 2022.

Sublet rent: $700 seven days a week July 1 – December 1, 2022.

Security deposit of $700, fully returnable at the end of the lease term if there is no damage to
the property, equipment or furniture and the rent is paid monthly.

Internet and general liability insurance (covering liabilities related to the property) are included
in the rent.

The space is fully furnished for therapy with two arm chairs, desk, comfortable desk chair, filing
cabinet, tea station, play therapy/toy station, lamps, décor, plants, vacuum, air purifier, sound
machine, and fan. The office also has a massage table and linen closet for doing somatic work.

There is a rental water dispenser (from Mountain Mist) with spring water that will be available
at no cost until the end of June, and after that via your own arrangement with Mountain Mist.

The bathrooms have showers and there is a bike rack in the garage.
The building has a key code entrance for the main door and bathrooms, and security cameras.
The building and bathrooms are ADA accessible and there is an elevator.
The building has property management and technical (internet) support as needed.

If a parking space opens in the garage and you’d like a spot you can rent a space from the
building landlord for $170/month. Otherwise there is free parking on the West side of Evanston
Street adjacent to the building. There is ample parking for clients on N 36th Street or Evanston.

I am a holistic, spiritually oriented therapist looking for someone who is the right fit for sharing
this office space. I will be going on leave July 1 – December 1, 2022. The right fit for a subletter
is someone whose work matches what the space offers, who is financially reliable, clean and
organized.

If there is any missed rent or damage to the property, furniture or equipment this
will be paid with the security deposit (hopefully will not be necessary!). Rent will be paid to me.
