The building has its own parking lot and is ADA accessible; the suite itself is located on the second floor, accessed by a short flight of stairs or by elevator. Sublet term:
From date of signed agreement - September 2023, with option to renew.
Rent:
One day, per week, per month = $250
Two days, per week, per month = $500
Included:
Costs such as WiFi, heating/cooling, waste removal, etc., are included in the rent amount listed above.
