As a therapist, I offer my clients a therapeutic environment that is safe, kind, welcoming, and free of judgment. I treat couples and adult individuals who are motivated, open-minded and committed to their own personal growth, and learning how to overcome obstacles they face. I enjoy working with insightful and reflective people struggling with relational issues like infidelity, intimacy, moving on from a relationship and polyamorous/open relationships as well as adult individuals working on inter/intrapersonal struggles.
I believe it is my job as your therapist to hear what your challenges are, and then customize my treatment method and approach specifically to the needs and challenges you or your relationship are struggling with.
I primarily use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Gestalt Method, and thoroughly enjoy working from a client-centered approach with my clients. I also have a strong business background professionally, and am always willing to offer insight to clients facing these types of inter/intrapersonal challenges.
I offer a "Super Bill" receipt that you can present to your insurance for reimbursement. I offer this once per month upon request.
