Talk. Heal. Thrive. Psychotherapy is a small private practice out of Seattle, Washington, with therapy services provided exclusively via telehealth to clients in Washington State. The practice is expanding now.

We are looking for fully licensed clinicians in Washington State for full-time (25 client hours/week) and part-time positions (minimum of 12 client hours/week). With the flexibility to create your own schedule and work from home via telehealth. Clinicians can work with either individuals and couples, or both individuals and couples. Ideally application candidates have some specialized training or area of focus/expertise.

Requirements include being licensed in the State of Washington as a LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD and being willing to be available to see clients at least 12 hours per week, Additionally, you will need to have access to a private/confidential room to conduct your sessions via telehealth, a computer, a reliable internet connection, and a phone that can have applications added.

Candidates must be independently motivated, clear communicators, driven, solution-oriented, and willing to give constructive feedback as the practice grows. There are also opportunities for approved administrative hours on top of client-facing hours. 

Clinicians are paid as W-2 hourly employees, and full insurance credentialing takes 4-8 weeks before clients can be scheduled with you. Marketing, Intake, Billing, and Insurance support is provided by the practice.

Benefits for Full-Time Employees (25+ client hours a week)

• Client-facing hours $55/per 50-minute session
• Monthly CEU stipend ($600/year, $50/month). To help support completing your CEUs.
• Admin hour pay rate for meetings and approved admin tasks ($20/hour),

• Up to 2 weeks paid sick time, accrued at a rate 1 hour per 40 hours worked and paid out at client facing rate ($55/hour).
• 3 weeks off for vacation (unpaid time off)
• Your choice of 5 holidays per year (unpaid time off)
• Psychology today monthly stipend of $30/month.

Benefits for Part-Time Employees (15-24 client hours/week)

• Client-facing hours $55/per 50-minute session
• Monthly CEU stipend ($300/year, $25/month). - To help support completing your CEUs.
• Admin hour pay rate for meetings and approved admin tasks ($20/hour),
• Monthly technology stipend ($300/year, $25/month), - to help with offsetting technology costs.
• Up to 2 weeks paid sick time, accrued at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked, paid out at your client facing rate.
• 2 weeks off for vacation (unpaid time off)
• Your choice of 3 holidays per year (unpaid time off)
• Psychology today monthly stipend of $30/month.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $55.00 per clinical hour (53 minute session) and $20 per approved admin hours.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate in a mental health discipline
• Current State of Washington licensure as a fully licensed LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD,
• Ability to work with individuals and/or couples, families.
• Knowledge of and experience with specialized populations and issues specific to them, such as EMDR, ERP, IFS etc. 
• Availability to see clients at least 12 hours per week.
• Technology Savvy and comfortable using your computer, and a bonus if you already have experience using Simple Practice.
• Location is flexible within Washington State as the position is fully remote.
