Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed counseling and educating mental health counselors; students of all ages; educators; artists; and foster, birth/first, and adoptive families in agencies, schools, and private practice. My current practice is focused on providing supervision and support for therapists seeking licensure, practical and emotional tools for career exploration and transition, and mindfulness-based practices for those experiencing compassion fatigue or burnout. I also offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive consultation and education for those who advocate for the well-being of underserved populations. As a freelance writer, I create and edit mental health and counseling-related content.
