The client problems I commonly address are recovery from trauma, anxiety, depression, harmful stress responses, grief, and loss. The therapeutic approaches that I have found to be most fruitful are Mindfulness, Lifespan Integration, Non-Violent Communication, and The Empowerment Dynamic. For clients who want to draw on their faith practice as a resource, I offer therapeutic prayer.

My faith in Christ informs my practice and is the foundation for the hope and perseverance that I bring to my work. I am deeply respectful of each client's belief system and partner with them to achieve their goals for mental health. My clients have a broad range of beliefs about the meaning of life and how they choose to live out those beliefs. I have noticed successful outcomes for clients who want to shift a relational pattern by shifting their mindset from disempowerment and fragmentation to a mindset of empowerment and wholeness.
