Fully furnished, kid/teen-centered therapy space in historic Ballard. $425 per month for 2 days per week (minimum). Six month lease with option to renew. Complete with play therapy supplies. The rental fee also includes access to shared restrooms, waiting areas, bike storage, showers, washing machine, utility sink, mailbox, wifi, and building conference room as monitored by the building manager.
Availability:
The space is available for sublease between the hours of 8am to 8pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Access to the office at any other time will need to be pre-arranged with the Lessor.
