Located in a quiet building in South Everett/North Lynnwood with easy access to both I-5 and SR 99. The space is 130sq and so mostly suited for individual therapy or a space away from home for telehealth sessions (there's a fold out desk for laptop use). I'm a trauma therapist using approaches like EMDR and somatic experience, and the room works well for creating a "container."

The space has a shared waiting area used by other businesses and patrons in the building, clean restrooms, and a shared kitchen. There's plenty of free parking available in the building's lot, and building and ameneties are ADA accessible. WiFi access and other utilities included.

Monthly price:

$50 per half day, per month (e.g., Monday mornings would just be $50 per month)

$100 per full day, per month

If more than one day is desired, I'll discount (e.g., two days for $175, three days for $250, etc.)

Mondays: half- or full-day

Tuesdays: half-day (from 1 p.m.)

Wednesdays: half- or full-day

Thursdays: half- or full-day

Fridays: half- or full-day

Also weekend availability if interested.
