Great Eastside location in Renton! Two fully furnished therapy office spaces available for lease in the North Renton neighborhood, about a mile south of the Renton Landing. The therapy offices are tastefully furnished with seating, table lamp, floor lamp, end table or desk and artwork. The building has a total of four therapy offices complete with restroom, front lobby with seating, artwork, floor lamps and plants. The kitchen is fully complete with microwave and mini fridge. The mailroom has bookshelves, storage and file cabinets. We also have a large parking lot for our clients. Our building is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ therapists and clients.
Office one is 110.00 and currently available five days a week: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Office two is 90.00 and currently available two days a week: Saturdays and Sundays.
Client referrals and networking are an added bonus in this shared setting with other professional counselors. Telehealth and in person counseling sessions are welcome.

Office one is available five days a week: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays: 7:00 am- 7:00 pm.
Office two is available two days a week: Saturdays and Sundays: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
